Past manager of multimedia services in the Freedman Center. Aaron first came to Case as a full-time undergraduate in 2002 after working for two years as an IT support professional. After one year as a freshman, Aaron returned to IT Support full-time for Case ITS where he was awarded ITS employee of the month twice in 2004 while working in Adelbert Hall. Six months after the unpleasant outsourcing of many IT jobs to PerceptIS, Aaron was offered a position in the Freedman Center which he joyfully accepted. Throughout the process, Aaron has been continuing his BS in communications studies at Case part-time.

Aaron also works as an independent IT consultant through his company Shaffer Consulting, LLC. He carries the CompTIA A+ & HDI Help Desk Analyst certifications.
