Tau Beta Pi
Tau Beta Pi is an honor society representing all branches of engineering. It was founded at Lehigh University in 1885 and is the nation's second-oldest Greek-letter honor society. The Ohio Alpha chapter of Tau Beta Pi was formed on May 19th 1900 at what is now Case Western Reserve University, making it the seventh oldest chapter among 229 chapters nationwide. The Ohio Alpha chapter is involved in a number of activities on the Case campus, including running the Case Bookswap, the Pi Mile Run, and the Engineering Core Cram among other things.
