[edit] Administer a survey at Case
The USG Survey System is a semi-open product available for use on campus. Currently, you cannot create surveys by default, but when you log in, you will get a box giving you the opportunity to give a reason why you want to create surveys. Once you are given the privilege of creating surveys, you can create any survey desirable.
