Staley House

Staley House is a residence hall located in the Murray Hill complex. Rooms are arranged suite style, with six people living in one suite. Thanks to a recent renovation, suites now include kitchenettes. Named after Cady Staley, President of Case Institute of Technology, 1886–1902. It is located at 41.500024° N, 81.6027573° W. The street address for Staley House is 2365 Murray Hill Road.

[edit] Rooms

Room dimensions are 8' 4" wide and 9' 6" long. Standard furniture consists of a dresser, movable closet, desk, two-position chair, and loftable bed. Opposite the door is a window stretching the length of the far wall. A power strip runs along the side of one wall, providing eight three-prong outlets. Individual rooms also include a standard network connection box with eight ports, cable TV hookup, and a telephone connection.

Suites have six individual rooms, a restroom, living area, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has an oven, stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The rooms are arranged around two L-shaped hallways, which connect through the restroom. The restroom itself has two sinks, a toilet, shower, urinal, and mirror. Included in the common room is a couch, lounge armchair, and coffee table.
