PerceptIS
PerceptIS, LLC (founded 2002) is a privately held Cleveland based firm providing help desk, call center and information technology services to the higher education, non-for-profit and commercial markets. It has over 100 full time employees and 50 clients. PerceptIS operates IP based call centers in Cleveland and Phoenix and currently supports over 500,000 end users with technical help desk services.
PerceptIS handles IT support for Case Western Reserve University. The call center is free and open 24x7. Level two technicians are on campus to handle escalated cases. On-site service is available.

- All students, staff, and faculty receive one free Walk In Center visit per year.
- All students, staff, and faculty receive unlimited access to self-help site, help.case.edu [1]
- All students, staff, and faculty receive unlimited calls to 368-HELP
- Care packages are priced at $149 for one year of unlimited service (including on-site) or four years for a price of $299.
