The Office of Advancement Services provides technical support services for the Offices of Development and University Relations, oversees the management of major gift prospects and suspects, and provides in-depth research on individuals and non-individuals. The office also houses the department's central files.

The Office of Annual Giving plans and administers the Case Western Reserve University Annual and Special Giving programs for alumni, parents and friends in cooperation with the University's various professional schools and colleges.
[edit] Corporate and Foundation Relations
The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations has the responsibility to identify, develop and present projects and programs that increase corporate and foundation grant support for the University.
[edit] Donor Relations
The Office of Donor Relations works in conjunction with the schools and colleges of the university to acknowledge donations such as will commitments, scholarships, professorships, buildings, programs and research. The beneficence of our donors is recognized through membership in various giving societies, special events and other programs.

The Office of Planned Giving facilitates all aspects of gifts to the university through vehicles such as charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, bequests, real estate, insurance policies and personal property.

The Office of Regional Programs and Major Gifts align their fundraising duties with university general priorities, to establish connections for soliciting and securing major gifts from high-level individuals.
