A structured group is something well-defined like:
- All Case Students
- All Case Employees
- All Students Enrolled in MIDS 428
- All Case Members
An ad-hoc group would be like "all of my friends" or "all of the people who went to the Film Society showing last night."
Do you need to communicate with a well-defined grouping of persons or an ad-hoc group?
