The Help Desk provides computer help and assistance for Case. Until 2004, Case operated its own help desk as a division of ITS. Currently, Help Desk operation is contracted to PerceptIS.

The official website of the Help Desk is http://help.case.edu. In response to criticism that the site was not frequently updated and documentation was not easily changed, it was relaunched on January 16, 2008 with new features.

The Case Wiki maintains a large wealth of computer help documentation. Most if it is accessible via the Computer Help Category.
