The Glennan Building is located on the Case Quad, next to Veale and connected to White. It is home to the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department and the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department. It also houses the Undergraduate Circuits Lab. The building was named after Thomas Keith Glennan, the first Administrator of NASA and former president of Case Institute of Technology.

In the spring of 2006, Larry Sears donated $5.9 million to the EECS department. This gift was used in part to renovate the third (ground) floor of the Glennan building.

The National Center for Microgravity Research was located on the third floor of Glennan after moving out of Crawford to make room for the SAGES Cafe. The Center moved again to the third floor of the Olin Building following the 2006 renovation.
