Gilly's Not Just Doughnuts was a donut shop that also offered muffins, pastries, and canollis. It was open 24 hours a day Monday through Saturday, and from 2pm to midnight on Sunday. It was a long time late-night destination for Case students. Formly named Presti's, the name was changed a third time before its closure in October 2006. Before changing ownership, the donuts were made in the rear of the shop and could be purchased fresh in the very early morning. Later, fresh donuts were brought in from else where, daily at 4:00 am.

"A 24-hour donut shop (one can't call it a full bakery, really), it has good selection and good quality pasteries. The 24-hr factor is VERY attractive to some Case students, but for the majority of the school year, one wonders why a student would brave the frigid cold at 3 and 4 AM, especially travelling the distance required to reach little italy, for a donut. Sometimes the night shift (and day shift) workers get irritable." - Gregory
