Emerging Leaders Program
Come Share comments, ideas, thoughts, etc. about the Emerging Leaders Program.
The goal of the ELP:
To give the first year Case student the opportunity to develop a foundation of leadership by providing skills, knowledge, and experiences essential for lifelong leadership engagement.
The program is based upon The Leadership Challenge by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner, Ph.D.
ELPers will complete the Student Leadership Practices Inventory and use the results from the self and observer inventories to create a personal development plan based on the 5 leadership practices set forth in The Leadership Challenge.
1. Challenging the Process
2. Inspiring a Shared Vision
3. Enabling Other to Act
4. Modeling the Way
