You can access the University's IM service from a Windows Mobile Device (PocketPC, Smartphone) with Internet access using imov by mov Software. Information and software downloads are available at mov software's imov page.

1. Install imov on your computer and sync to device.
2. Confirm installation of software on device if prompted.
3. Launch imov from the device's Start menu. A setup Wizard will open.
4. When prompted to select an IM service (MSN, AOL, etc.), do not select anything. Jabber is assumed.
5. For Servername, enter "im.case.edu".
6. For Username, enter your Case username.
7. For Password, enter your Case password. Click Done.
8. Enter the Setup menu and then Advanced Setup. Select "Encrypt sessions".
