Spark is a Jabber client by Jive Software that is optimized for use with the Case IM server.

[edit] Installation
- Download Spark from the Software Center (available for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux).
- Install it on your computer.
- Log in with your Case Network ID and Password.

[edit] On Windows XP or Vista, the time displayed is incorrect
This appears to be a problem with the Java Runtime Environment(JRE) that Spark ships with. As a workaround, try downloading this file, and putting it in the same directory on your computer as Spark.exe. This file will tell the JRE to use US/EST as the timezone when running Spark.
[edit] On the Macintosh, I don't see IMs sent to me, or other unusual behavior occurs
This appears to be due to a bug in the Spark Skinning Service. The known workaround is to install the unskinned version from Ignite Realtime, and then reinstall the skinned version.
