1. Download Spark from the Software Center (available for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux).
2. Install it on your computer.
3. Log in with your Case Network ID and Password.

This appears to be a problem with the Java Runtime Environment(JRE) that Spark ships with. As a workaround, try downloading this file, and putting it in the same directory on your computer as Spark.exe. This file will tell the JRE to use US/EST as the timezone when running Spark.

This appears to be due to a bug in the Spark Skinning Service. The known workaround is to install the unskinned version from Ignite Realtime, and then reinstall the skinned version.
