Blackboard is a Course Management System (CMS) used at Case to facilitate student-instructor interaction. While Blackboard can be used in distance education courses, most instructors at Case use Blackboard to supplement their traditional classroom courses.
Blackboard can serve as a document repository, online gradebook, discussion forum, and chat area. It offers a variety of communication tools, document upload areas, and assessment capabilities that are available to students and instructors at any time and from any computer with internet access.
To learn more about Blackboard, visit the Case Blackboard system or the Blackboard Documentation site.
